ਇਨਾਰਾ ਖੇਡੇ ਹੋਲੀ is a small rhyme for small children.
On every page one more person in the family gets ready for Holi. Mumma draws the rangoli, Chachi rolls the laddu, Dadi plays the dhol, Veera mixes the colour. And every time, Inara plays Holi with one more of them.
Every page has three lines. One in Punjabi. One in English letters, so you can read it out loud even if you do not read Gurmukhi. One in English, so you know what it means.
It is written for children who are growing up far from Punjab, and for the people who put them to sleep at night.
